We are indebted to the hospice for their unstinting help and support given to Mike and us during the latter stages of his illness. We hope that the money we raise for St Elizabeth's Hospice will be a positive legacy in Mike's memory.

It's nearly one year since I lost my Dad, I think about him every day. I miss his love, support and guidance, his kindness and his sense of humour. There will always be a missing piece in my jigsaw of life that cannot be replaced.
Cancer presented the biggest challenge of his life but his undeterred fighting spirit, resilience and strength was an inspiration to everyone who witnessed it. I will always be proud that he was my Dad.
